JILL DANIEL, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER

Jill has over 25 years of energy and infrastructure development, investment, financing, and management experience.

Prior to founding Estuary in 2013, Jill was a senior investment professional focused on energy and infrastructure acquisitions, development, financing, and management at SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners, Babcock & Brown, The Carlyle Group, and Bechtel Enterprises.  She has completed over $10 billion of acquisition, financing, and divestiture transactions.  She has additional experience as a senior research associate at Bridgewater Associates and as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

IAN DANIEL, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER

Ian has over 25 years of energy and infrastructure executive management experience. 

Prior to Estuary, Ian spent 20 years at Chevron, most recently Vice President – Commercial of Indonesia and Philippines and Head of Downstream Corporate Development, responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.  Earlier, he was with Bechtel Enterprises and Royal Bank of Canada. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Cass Business School, London UK and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.

KIM PRIMERANO, VICE PRESIDENT

Kim has over 20 years of renewable energy management and related experience focused on asset management, construction, operations, maintenance, safety, and quality assurance. 

Prior to Estuary, Kim was Director of Operations and Maintenance at Longroad Energy with responsibility for 500 solar projects. Kim was a Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where she led teams of up to 150 Marines in combat. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Leadership from Mary Baldwin University. 


HARRIS ARMSTRONG, DIRECTOR OF PROJECT FINANCE

Harris has over 6 years of banking and related experience.

Prior to Estuary, Harris was a Commercial Loan Officer at Greater Commercial Lending focused primarily on healthcare and infrastructure lending under the USDA Business and Industry, Community Facilities, and Renewable Energy for America programs with responsibility for originating ~$200M
of new transactions per year, leading development of complex financial models, and training credit analysts.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada Reno.

MADELEINE LEHNER, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Maddie joined Estuary in 2021 after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics from Middlebury College. 

Previously, she was an environmental policy research intern at the Acadia Center and an environmental studies research assistant at Middlebury College.

CARSON LOOSBROCK, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Carson joined Estuary in 2021 while completing his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nevada Reno. 

Previously, he was a project engineering intern at Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and engineering teaching assistant.


IREM THOMAS, ASSOCIATE

Irem joined Estuary in 2023 after earning her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.

While at UNR, she was a teaching assistant, covering subjects such as Macroeconomics, Money and Banking, and Statistics, and a research assistant, leading studies centered on Nevada’s natural resources and planning. Additionally, during her doctoral studies, she established a strong academic reputation with publications in top energy journals.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and a Master of Business Administration from Ankara University, Turkey.


LEAF KABOLI, ASSOCIATE

Leaf joined Estuary in 2023 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Previously, he worked as an associate engineer at Mission Support and Test Services, an engineering intern at Tesla, and an undergraduate research assistant focusing on heat transfer analyses using computational fluid dynamics software.


JOHN COLEMAN, MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER

John is Managing Director of Ullico Infrastructure Management Company and has over 12 years of experience in power and energy infrastructure investing, financing, and advisory.

Prior to joining Ullico in 2018, John spent 4 years at Rockland Capital, a private equity firm focused on the North American energy sector, as part of the firm’s investment team. In this role, he developed, acquired, financed, managed, and sold energy infrastructure investments. Before that, Mr. Coleman was an analyst at Citigroup in its Power and Utilities investment banking group.

He holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Miami.


SONIA AXTER, MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER

Sonia is Managing Director and Head of Asset Management of Ullico Infrastructure Management Company. Sonia joined Ullico in 2009 as Managing Director and Vice President of Infrastructure Investments.

Prior to Ullico, Sonia was a senior investment professional at Deutsche Bank’s alternative investment group and Bechtel Enterprises. She also spent 7 years as a Project Manager and Project Engineer on transport, utility and environmental civil construction projects at Granite Construction Company.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
